ZIPDRIVE Services is Central Ohio's professional vehicle drive-away and logistics company, based in Powell. We serve dealerships, rental companies, fleet operators, service centers, body shops and individual customers.
The company is built on more than 31 years in the automotive and rental industries: fleet strategy, fleet logistics and sales management. We know what a dealer needs when a trade has to move today, and what a fleet manager needs when a request lands at 7am.

Curt Zipfel
Principal Owner · Strategic Operations Executive
From the football field at Northwestern to the Fleet Strategy office at Enterprise, Curt spent 31 years building a career on disciplined forecasting and asset performance that ranked in the top 20% nationally. Known as the "quarterback" of regional operations, he launched ZIPDRIVE in January 2025 to give Central Ohio a professional, insured, local way to move vehicles.
Common questionsIs my vehicle insured while you drive it?
Yes. ZIPDRIVE carries $1M primary commercial auto liability through Berkshire Hathaway. Our coverage responds first; your policy stays in excess. Pre-existing condition is photographed before every move.
Can I get a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. Business clients can also be named as Additional Insured. Ask at 855-ZIP-OHIO.
How much does it cost?
Flat rate per move, based on route and vehicle. Residential moves in the Columbus area start at $65. Business and fleet moves are quoted by route. No meters and no surprise fees.
Do I need a contract?
No. ZIPDRIVE works per move with no retainers or monthly minimums. Recurring clients can set up a standing service agreement.
Can you do same-day?
In most cases, yes, subject to driver availability. Call or text early in the day. Airport returns and service appointments are best booked the day before.
What if there's an incident?
Our commercial policy handles claims from our drivers' operation of the vehicle. We notify you in writing within 24 hours and work with our carrier to resolve it.
What are your hours?
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday for select services. Ask about after-hours requests.
